Senior Accountant

Experience: 5–10 Years
Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, client billing, and vendor payments. Experience in a digital marketing, advertising, media, or service-based agency will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliation.
Handle client invoicing, payment follow-ups, vendor payments, and expense reconciliation.
Manage GST, TDS, income tax documentation, and statutory compliance.
Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports, cash flow statements, and reconciliations.
Monitor client-wise revenue, campaign expenses, media spends, and profitability.
Manage month-end and year-end financial closures and coordinate with Chartered Accountants and auditors.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com preferred).
5–10 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax, and financial reporting.
Hands-on experience with Tally Prime, Zoho Books, BUSY, or similar accounting software.
Good command of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and SUMIFS.
Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
High attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
