About the Role

TLeven, a Hyderabad-based family office, is looking for a dependable accountant to manage day-to-day accounting across the family's entities, investments and personal finances. You will handle GST and TDS filings, pass accounting entries, and prepare financial statements for the family's entities. The role reports to the senior accountant/finance head and suits someone who is detail-orientated, trustworthy and wants to grow in family office finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts in Tally and manage month-end closing
• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and reconcile input tax credit.
• Handle TDS deduction, payment and return filing
• Verify contractor and vendor bills against work orders and site measurements.
• Track customer payment schedules, receivables and collections
• Maintain project-wise cost tracking (budget vs. actual)
• Manage RERA project account compliance
• Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow planning
• Prepare monthly MIS reports for management
• Coordinate with the CA for audits, income tax and LLP compliance
• Supervise and review the work of the Junior Accounts Executive

Requirements

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance); CA Inter or CMA Inter is a plus
• 5 years of accounting experience with strong GST and TDS knowledge
• Proficiency in Tally Prime and advanced MS Excel
• High integrity and attention to detail

Preferred

• Experience in real estate, construction or infrastructure companies
• Familiarity with RERA compliance and project costing
