Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant with strong expertise in financial accounting, reporting, and reconciliation, along with exposure to Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, or Inventory Finance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Australian accounting practices, GST, BAS, and ATO compliance, along with excellent analytical and stakeholder-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial accounting, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
• Prepare financial reports, account reconciliations, and month-end closing statements.
• Handle GST, Business Activity Statements (BAS), and ATO compliance requirements.
• Manage inventory accounting, costing, and stock-related financial records.
• Support supply chain, logistics, procurement, and vendor accounting activities.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve accounting discrepancies and support financial operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in accounting and financial management.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, reporting, AP/AR, GL, and reconciliation.
• Practical experience with GST, BAS, and ATO-related requirements.
• Exposure to inventory accounting, costing, supply chain, logistics, or procurement finance.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel and accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Australian accounting and taxation practices.
• Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or inventory-driven businesses.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet financial reporting deadlines.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
