Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Finance professional with strong accounting knowledge and exposure to IPO processes, listed companies, stock-market activities or capital-market transactions.

The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, statutory compliance and supporting IPO/investor-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting, journal entries, ledgers and reconciliations.

Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.

Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliance.

Manage accounts payable, receivable, vendor payments and bank reconciliations.

Prepare MIS, financial analysis and management reports.

Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks and other external stakeholders.

Support preparation of financial statements and audit requirements.

Maintain strong documentation and internal financial controls.

Support IPO preparation, financial due diligence and regulatory documentation.

Coordinate with investment bankers, auditors, legal advisors and consultants during IPO-related activities.

Assist with investor reporting and financial disclosures.

Monitor and analyse stock-market / listed-company financial information where required.

Support management with budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow analysis.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Good understanding of IPO process / listed-company environment.

Exposure to stock market, equity markets or capital-market transactions.

Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax and Companies Act compliance.

Excellent MS Excel skills – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, financial MIS.

Experience with Tally / SAP / ERP.

Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates from listed companies, IPO-stage companies, investment/financial services, CA firms, NBFCs or companies with capital-market exposure will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
