Job Title: Senior Accountant
Experience: 3–5 Years
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month
Job Location: Irungattukottai, Sriperumbudur, Chennai
Department: Accounts & Finance

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting entries, vouchers, ledgers, and journal entries in Tally.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and vendor/customer reconciliation.
• Prepare sales invoices, purchase invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
• Handle GST returns, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B, and GST reconciliation.
• Verify GST invoices and input tax credit (ITC).
• Prepare bank reconciliation statements (BRS) and monitor bank transactions.
• Maintain cash books, petty cash, and expense records.
• Assist with payroll, PF, ESI, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, outstanding reports, and expense reports.
• Coordinate with auditors and provide required documents.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely completion of accounting activities.
• Follow up on customer outstanding payments and coordinate with the concerned departments.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Good knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP and MS Excel.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and final accounts.
• Manufacturing company experience preferred.
• Good communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly salary: ₹18,000–₹22,000, based on experience and skills.
