Job Description

We are Hiring – Senior Accountant

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Accountant with strong hands-on knowledge of Tally Prime, GST and TDS.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting and maintain complete books of accounts in Tally Prime.
Handle purchase, sales, payment, receipt, journal and expense entries.
Prepare and file GST Returns – GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 and ensure timely compliance.
Handle GST reconciliation and ITC verification.
Calculate, deposit and file TDS returns; handle Form 24Q/26Q and related compliance.
Manage Bank Reconciliation, Vendor & Customer Ledger Reconciliation.
Handle Accounts Payable & Receivable and outstanding follow-ups.
Prepare Trial Balance, P&L, Balance Sheet and MIS reports.
Verify invoices, bills, vouchers and supporting documents.
Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks and statutory authorities.
Ensure timely compliance with all applicable GST, TDS and Income Tax requirements.
Assist in month-end/year-end closing and finalisation of accounts.

Requirements

B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance preferred.
5+ years of relevant accounting experience.
Tally Prime – Mandatory
GST Return Filing – Mandatory
TDS Calculation & Return Filing – Mandatory
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Ability to independently handle accounts and statutory compliances.
Good communication, accuracy and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
