Senior Abroad Educational Counsellor

As an Education Counsellor at Global Quest, a certified study abroad consultant based in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in guiding students through their overseas education journey. With over 4 years of experience in admission counselling for USA/UK Universities, you will leverage your in-depth knowledge of overseas education systems, universities, and visa processes to provide expert guidance to students. Your responsibilities will include assisting students in selecting suitable courses, universities, and countries based on their preferences and career goals. You will manage student inquiries through various communication channels and conduct presentations and seminars to educate students and parents about the benefits of studying abroad. In addition to providing ongoing support to students throughout the admission and pre-departure process, you will collaborate with universities and educational institutions to stay updated on admission requirements and scholarship opportunities. Your strong sales and negotiation skills will be essential in meeting individual and team targets for student recruitment and conversion. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to build rapport with students and parents, and familiarity with MS Office tools. Your self-motivation, target orientation, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team will be key to your success. The compensation for this onsite position in Hyderabad, India, will be on par with market standards, including a basic salary plus incentives based on performance.
