Position Summary: We are seeking both Junior and Senior Sales Executives to drive business growth and expand our client base. The roles are designed for individuals with a passion for sales and a strong understanding of the logistics industry. While both positions focus on revenue generation, they have distinct responsibilities aligned with experience levels. Key Responsibilities: For Junior Sales Executives: Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate new sales leads for logistics services through various social plaorms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, google), online research, and networking. Initial Outreach: Conduct initial contact with potential clients via email, social media messaging, and cold calls to introduce Selloship's services. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities and contribute to sales reports. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily and weekly lead generation targets. For Senior Sales Executives: Business Conversion: Take qualied leads from the Junior Sales team and convert them into successful business accounts. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Sales Closures: Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and achieve business goals. Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to the Junior Sales team to help them improve their lead generation and communication skills. Reporting: Provide detailed sales forecasts and performance reports to the management team. Shared Qualications & Skills: Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent verbal and wrien communication skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills (especially for Senior roles). Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Prociency in using CRM soware and other sales tools. Knowledge of the logistics, e-commerce, or shipping industry is highly preferred. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
