Seedling Bakery is a handcrafted dessert kitchen in Thrissur, known for gourmet cakes, cookies, brownies, and specialty desserts made from scratch with premium ingredients. We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our kitchen team. This role begins as a paid internship with the opportunity to transition into a full-time permanent position based on performance. What You’ll Do Assist in the daily production of cakes, cookies, brownies, and entremets. Learn and follow recipes with precision, ensuring consistent quality. Support preparation, baking, finishing, and packaging of products. Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards. Manage mise en place, inventory checks, and basic organization. Work closely with the head chef to understand techniques and workflows. What We’re Looking For Passion for baking and desserts (professional training is a plus, but not mandatory). Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency. Team player with a positive attitude.
