Security Supervisor ( Ex ARMY only )

The Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day security operations, ensuring the safety and protection of people, property, and assets. This role includes managing security personnel, monitoring security systems, and enforcing company policies to maintain a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the duties of security guards and personnel across assigned locations.
• Monitor security operations through patrols, CCTV, access control systems, and other surveillance equipment.
• Enforce security policies and procedures to prevent unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and other security threats.
• Respond to and manage incidents, emergencies, and alarms; conduct thorough incident reporting.
• Train new and existing security staff on procedures, protocols, and emergency responses.
• Maintain daily security logs, visitor records, and incident reports.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
