Security Supervisor- Army background

Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel on site. Ensure all security operations are conducted in compliance with company policies and local laws. Conduct regular patrols and inspections to identify and resolve security risks. Monitor CCTV systems and access control systems. Schedule shifts and maintain proper staffing levels for all posts. Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, and conduct thorough incident reports. Train new security staff and conduct periodic performance evaluations. Liaise with law enforcement, emergency responders, and external agencies as needed. Maintain accurate logs, records, and reports related to security operations. Provide leadership and support to ensure a professional and courteous security presence.
