Security Managed Services Practitioner

Role Overview: As a Security Managed Services Practitioner, your primary responsibility will be to deliver and manage security services across client environments. This includes ensuring protection, compliance, and operational resilience. Your expertise in SailPoint IdentityNow will be crucial in designing and implementing enhancements for the SailPoint ISC platform. Key Responsibilities: - Perform independently and strive to become a subject matter expert (SME). - Actively participate and contribute in team discussions. - Provide solutions to work-related problems. - Assist in developing and implementing IGA Ops enhancements. - Conduct regular assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements. - Manage incidents, emails, and changes, collaborating with various users and teams to address issues and implement solutions. - Proactively monitor systems to identify vulnerabilities, respond to potential threats, and ensure the protection of information and business processes against cyber threats. Qualifications Required: - Must have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityNow. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with JavaScript Object Notation (JSON). - Strong understanding of identity and access management principles, incident & change management. - Experience with IAM frameworks and compliance standards. - A minimum of 3 years of experience is required. - Educational Qualification: 15 years full-time education.
