Job Description

Background

The Hans Foundation (THF), established in 2009, is a Public Charitable Trust that works towards creating an equitable society to enhance quality of life for all through the empowerment of marginalized and underprivileged communities in India. The Hans Foundation works for the Health and Wellbeing of remote and under-served groups, with an additional focus on children, persons with disabilities and women. THF also works for holistic Education and Livelihood development of our communities. Our Two-Fold Strategy involves identifying and working within Aspirational Districts and high poverty index in the North, North-East and East regions within specific states, as well as catering to lower-income and migratory populations in cities, through urban programs.

Over its 15 years of existence, THF has reached more than 35 million beneficiaries through its programs. THF works with communities through direct implementation of projects on the ground in addition to providing local management and monitoring support to not-for-profit organizations in India funded through THF USA and RIST.

PROJECT

The Hans Foundation has been operating more than 25 Hans Renal Care Centers on self-Implementation mode since January 2022. HRCC intervention is an innovative model of healthcare delivery that could help alleviate health disparities among vulnerable populations and individuals with chronic Kidney diseases.

GENERAL

Location of Job: Tamar

Annual Salary (before TDS): Salary will be commensurate with education, experience of the candidate and past salary drawn.

No. of Positions: 01

Duties and Responsibilities:

Follow safety and security policies and procedures at all times.
Patrols properties interior ground and back of the house area.
Patrols hallways, parking lots, stairwells, lobbies, bars, and restaurants
Ensures all guest room doors are closed and all public access doors are locked.
Ensures all properties security alarms and CCTC cameras are on and functional.
Might spend all or part of his shift watching the CCTV monitors for any suspicious activity, and report to the superiors and local authorities in case of any suspicious activity.
Responsible for maintaining clear and concise logs of all nightly occurrences, and suspicious activity.
Responds to https://setupmyhotel.com/homepage/hotel-management-glossary/guest-request.html quickly and courteously, as reported by night shift staff.
Notify appropriate individuals in the event of accidents, attacks, or other incidents.

Any other work assigned by the authorities and THF management.
