A Security Officer in the hospital morning shift is responsible for maintaining safety and security within the premises, monitoring entry and exit points, checking visitor passes, and ensuring only authorized persons enter restricted areas like ICU, OT, and pharmacy. The officer patrols the premises, keeps watch on CCTV, controls crowds in OPD and reception, and assists patients and visitors with directions. They ensure hospital rules are followed, handle emergencies or incidents promptly, and report them to the supervisor. The officer also maintains a daily log book and hands over duties to the next shift while ensuring discipline, safety, and smooth hospital operations.
