Manilal Gagaldas Patel Sarvoday Kendra is a registered trust based in Amirgadh, Gujarat, and has been actively working since 1960 toward the development of tribal communities. Our initiatives focus on education, sustainable agriculture, and rural livelihoods, aiming to uplift marginalized sections of society through integrated rural development programs. We are currently seeking a reliable and disciplined Security Guard to help maintain the safety and security of our office premises, facilities, staff, and visitors. Job Responsibilities: · Premises Surveillance & Safety Regular patrolling of office buildings, hostels, classrooms, training centers, and surrounding areas. Prevent unauthorized access, theft, or damage to property and equipment. Maintain a visible presence to deter suspicious or disruptive activities. · Gatekeeping & Visitor Management Monitor entry and exit points at all times. Record visitor and vehicle details in the register. Allow access only to authorized personnel and approved visitors. · Night Duty & Emergency Response Stay alert during night shifts and holidays to ensure full-time security. Respond promptly to emergencies such as break-ins, disturbances etc. Notify senior staff immediately in case of any suspicious activity. · Reporting & Coordination Maintain a daily log of security checks and incidents. Report any damages, maintenance needs, or security breaches to the administration. Support the team during events, training sessions, or community gatherings held at the premises. Required Qualifications & Skills: Minimum education: 10th pass (preferred) Prior experience in security work is an advantage Physically fit and able to patrol large areas and stand for extended hours Honest, punctual, and responsible with strong observation skills Basic reading and writing skills in Gujarati or English (preferred) Willing to work night shifts and stay on-site if required Remuneration & Benefits: Salary based on experience and qualifications. On-site accommodation may be provided. Meals and additional allowances during duty hours may be offered.
