Job Description

As a Firewall Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a variety of firewalls including Cisco ASA (Mandatory), checkpoint, Juniper SRX, Palo Alto, Fortigate, and other multiple firewalls. Your role will involve in-depth knowledge of networks, operational troubleshooting, and close collaboration with global customer accounts. You will excel in planning and coordinating firewall installation, upgrades, moves, configurations, and connections. Your experience in customer support and managed services will be essential in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Hands-on experience with Cisco ASA (Mandatory), checkpoint, Juniper SRX, Palo Alto, Fortigate, and other multiple firewalls. - Proficient in planning and coordinating firewall installation, upgrades, moves, configurations, and connections. - Provide support to global customer accounts with a focus on operational troubleshooting. - Demonstrate solid communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) in interactions with clients. - Collaborate effectively as a team player to achieve project goals. - Quickly grasp complex design concepts and deliver appropriate solutions to clients. - Troubleshoot implementation problems during both implementation and operational phases. Qualifications Required: - Hands-on experience with Cisco ASA firewall is mandatory. - Proven experience in managing a variety of firewalls including checkpoint, Juniper SRX, Palo Alto, Fortigate, and others. - Strong communication skills in written, verbal, and presentation formats. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Quick learner with the ability to understand complex design concepts and provide solutions.
