Job Description

SailPoint ISC architect: Skills: SailPoint IdentityNow, IDN, SailPoint IDN Developer, ISC, Python, Life cycle management, Certification campaign Experience: Min 8 Years experience Key Responsibilities: • Experience in SailPoint ISC transformation • At least one migration experience in SailPoint ISC. • Experience in solution designing for JML implementation • Hands-on Development experience in Identity and access Management Product SailPoint • Contribute towards the definition of product and technical roadmaps • Use case design, Solution Requirements Specification and mapping business requirements to technical requirements (Traceability Matrix) • Hands on Custom connector development experience • Experience various SailPoint APIs • Experience in IdentityNow Workflows • Experience in Access profile and Entitlements • Good exposure in Deployment, Management and Monitoring • Good exposure in Access Request and Life cycle event failure analysis • Good programming skills in Python, Ruby, Bean Shell scripting, SQL database etc. • Experience in Postman and Postman collections • Knowledge in web services, XML, SOAP and JMS. • Access Governance: Ensure compliance with security policies, regulations, and access control standards. • Integrate SailPoint with other identity management systems, directories, and applications. • Create and maintain workflows for user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access requests. • Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve technical issues related to SailPoint IdentityNow. • Documentation: Maintain clear and detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures. • Experience in Certification campaigns. • Monitor and enhance the security of identity and access management processes. • Generate reports and dashboards to monitor access and compliance. • Troubleshoot and provide fixes for issues related to identities onboarding on IGA application via self-service or authoritative source reconciliation • Management of high-level roles within IGA application like Business/IT/capability roles • Maintain workflows within IGA application • Access certification and hygiene activities on IGA application: • Troubleshoot and fix issues related to approval workflows and provisioning failures • Perform regression testing and implement required changes in support of Major Releases for SailPoint IdentityNow • Resolve issues with respect to policy violations for Access policies, provisioning policies and reconciliation policies • Certification in SailPoint IdentityNow Engineer would be preferable. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Ability to analyze complex access and identity issues. • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
