Summary:As a Security Architect, you will define the cloud security framework and architecture, ensuring it meets the business requirements and performance goals. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to assess security needs, documenting security controls, and transitioning to cloud security-managed operations, all while ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. You will engage in strategic discussions to align security initiatives with organizational objectives, providing guidance and expertise to enhance the overall security posture of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities:-Proven experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, including administration, configuration, and support about 8-10 years of experience-Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues within the SailPoint environment, including application connectors, user provisioning, and access management.-Manage incidents and problems related to SailPoint, following ITIL-based processes and escalating issues when necessary-Configure and maintain SailPoint systems, including user lifecycle events, roles, policies, and workflows.-managing the day-to-day operations of SailPoint IdentityIQ, including lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, and role management-Hands-on experience with SailPoint features like application onboarding, connector configuration, aggregation, correlation, workflows, rules, and roles. Strong understanding of IAM concepts:RBAC, ABAC, access certifications, provisioning,-Coordinate and drive resolution of production issues, root cause analysis (RCA), and permanent fixes.-Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews, and certification campaign support.Professional & Technical

Skills:Experience with cloud security frameworks and architectures.- Strong understanding of identity and access management principles.- Experience with security compliance standards such as ISO 27001 or NIST.- Familiarity with security incident response and management processes.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ.- This position is based at our Gurugram office.- A 15 years full time education is required.- Willing to work in 16*5 US Support hours as well Oncall shift hours.
