We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive to strengthen our Human Resources team, with a primary focus on recruitment for our growing software division. Key Responsibilities Recruitment (Primary Responsibility): Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle independently for the software division – including job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding. Hire for positions across levels: Freshers, Experienced Developers, and Functional Support roles. Coordinate with business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop suitable job descriptions. Manage recruitment through portals, campus drives, referrals, and professional networks. Maintain candidate database and provide timely recruitment status reports. HR Generalist Responsibilities (Secondary): Assist in HR operations including joining formalities, employee engagement, leave & attendance, and exit processes. Support performance management and appraisal processes. Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices. Handle day-to-day employee queries and coordinate HR-related communications. Requirements Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 2–4 years of prior experience in Recruitment (preferably for IT/Software roles). Strong understanding of end-to-end hiring processes and HR generalist functions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
