Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced SEO Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have fresher & 1 to 1.5 years of hands-on experience in search engine optimization, a track record of driving organic traffic and improving search engine rankings, and a deep understanding of SEO best practices. Responsibilities: Keyword Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value, relevant keywords. Analyse competitor keywords and strategies to stay ahead in the market. Utilise keyword research for content creation and content optimization efforts. On-Page SEO Optimization: Implement on-page SEO best practices to optimise website content. Optimise meta titles, meta descriptions, Image Alt tags, and other on-page elements. Ensure SEO-friendly content creation. Technical SEO: Conduct regular website audits to identify and address technical SEO issues. Monitor and optimise site speed, mobile responsiveness, and other technical aspects. Implement and manage structured data markup for rich snippets. Link Building: Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to increase domain authority. Identify and pursue opportunities for backlinks from high-quality websites. Monitor backlinks and remove support for toxic backlinks to maintain a healthy link profile. Content Strategy: Create and optimise SEO-focused content. Ensure content aligns with keyword strategy and meets user intent. Stay informed about industry trends and algorithm updates to adapt content strategy accordingly. Analytics and Reporting: Utilise analytics tools to track and analyse website performance. Generate regular reports on key SEO metrics and provide insights for improvement. Identify opportunities for growth and present recommendations to the team. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Fresher & 1 to 2 years of proven experience as SEO specialist Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google My Business, Google Merchant Center, SEMrush, Moz, Ubersuggest, etc. Good understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO.
