Description
As a DevOps/System Administrator at our company, you will be responsible for Linux Administration, Virtualization & Infrastructure. With 3-4 years of experience in DevOps/System Administration, you are expected to have in-depth knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and a good understanding of various Linux kernel subsystems such as memory, storage, and network. Your primary skills will include expertise in Automation tools like Puppet & Ansible, as well as working knowledge of Networking and firewalls (Cisco ASA or Brocade 5400 preferred). In addition, you should have experience with DNS, TCP/IP, Routing, HA & Load Balancing, and Configuration management using tools like Puppet & Ansible. You will be required to work in 24/7 shifts with on-call support, therefore flexibility in working hours is essential. Experience with monitoring tools like Nagios, Groundworks, or similar will be an added advantage. Additionally, proficiency in Virtualization technologies such as VMware, Citrix Xen, or Oracle OVM will be beneficial.
