Greeting of the day, Looking for Software Development Engineer SDET 2/SDET 3 Responsibilities Writing high quality code, participating in code reviews, participating in designing/architecting systems of varying complexity and scope, and creating testing framework supporting the design/coding tasks. Plan to automate and execute performance test website and all back-end services for every release and as requested Participating in team meetings, stand-ups, and architecture/design discussions. Identify areas of improvement in our frameworks, tools, processes and strive to make them better Evaluate our success metrics and evolve our reporting systems. Dive deep into the catalog data, understand different functional areas, and use your creativity to come up with techniques to improve the quality of our solutions. Participate in the roadmap definition for the team. Own and drive the testing of our entire ecosystem that consists of several applications, workflows and processes. Spearhead a process driven approach to software testing and collaborate with your colleagues to maintain high quality standards of our deliverables. Knowledge and Skills B Tech/BE in Computer Science or equivalent from a reputed college. Experience in developing and designing automation testing frameworks Expertise in Automation testing . Minimum 3 to 10 years experience developing scripts and test automation (Java and knowledge on shell scripts will be add on). Experience in Backend testing, Frontend testing & automation testing using selenium webdriver Proficient in functional testing, API/Web-Services testing on Desktop and Mobile devices Practical knowledge of Agile Testing methodology. Experience with relational databases, designing schemas and formulating complex SQL queries. Familiarity with Linux or other UNIX server class operating systems. Good to have knowledge on Hybris, Jenkin, repositories and automation using appium . Should have a good idea and exposure in performance testing concepts. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to jump in and learn new tools/applications quickly. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
