SDET - Database & Backend Testing

Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing and maintaining automated database and backend test frameworks, testing stored procedures and triggers for data consistency, implementing mocking and automation techniques, and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines. Your role will also involve validating SQL queries, APIs, and backend interactions to ensure data integrity and optimize performance across database-driven systems. Key Responsibilities: - Design and maintain automated database and backend test frameworks. - Test stored procedures, triggers, and database logic for data consistency. - Implement mocking and automation using Mockito, JMock, or WireMock. - Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI). - Validate SQL queries, APIs, and backend interactions. Qualification Required: - 10+ years of experience in database/backend testing with strong SQL expertise in MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle. - Proficiency in mocking, unit testing, and CI/CD automation. - Experience with Postman, RestAssured, or similar API tools.
