Scrum Master

Role & responsibilities

Scrum Master

Serve as a
facilitator
for Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives).
Guide and coach development teams on
Agile practices
and principles to deliver high-quality products.
Work closely with Product Owners to ensure
backlog refinement, prioritization, and clarity
of user stories.
Remove impediments and resolve conflicts to enable the teams success.
Strong knowledge of
Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, etc.)
.
Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in using Agile tools like
JIRA, Rally, Azure DevOps, or Trello
.
Scrum Master certification (
CSM, PSM I/II, SAFe-SM
) preferred.
