Role Overview: As a skilled trainer, educator, and content developer at WWF-India, you will be dedicated to delivering high-quality environmental education programs. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing engaging educational resources, as well as facilitating training sessions aimed at building environmental awareness and practical skills among students and teachers. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and deliver interactive workshops and capacity-building sessions for educators, students, and youth/citizens across digital and on-ground platforms. - Customize lesson/session plans for diverse age groups, learning needs, and contexts. - Facilitate group discussions, hands-on activities, and inquiry-based learning. - Design, write, and edit scientifically rigorous and accessible education material in multiple formats aligned with national curricula and WWF program priorities. - Collaborate with subject experts and feedback reviewers to enhance the quality and impact of resources. - Gather and analyze feedback from workshops, training, and pilot sessions to measure outcomes and improve program delivery. - Document success stories, key learnings, and case studies for continual innovation. - Organize and facilitate upskilling sessions for educators, eco-club leads, and volunteers. - Stay current with best practices and trends in environmental education, digital learning, and youth engagement. - Build and mentor a high performing team delivering high-quality content and training for the division. Qualification Required: - Post-graduate degree in environmental science/wildlife biology/life sciences or any other relevant scientific discipline from a reputed university with a Bachelors in Education (B.Ed). - 7-9 years of experience in curriculum and content development designing and delivering training sessions for educators, students, and youth. - Excellent written and spoken English with strong writing and editing skills. - Basic understanding of the environment and sustainability with the ability to translate scientific concepts into accessible educational content. - Familiarity with formal school curricula (CBSE, ICSE, IB) and experience in training will be an advantage.,
