Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Specialist located in Lucknow. The Product Specialist will be responsible for providing expert product knowledge, conducting product demonstrations, supporting sales teams, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The role requires collaboration with various departments to enhance product features and address customer needs effectively. Qualifications Expertise as a Product Specialist Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate product performance and market trends Effective Communication skills for product presentations and customer interactions Customer Service and Sales experience to provide excellent support and drive product adoption Ability to work independently and collaboratively Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred B.Science / B Pharm/ MBA Atleast 1- 5 year Sales experience
