Jelly Town is one of India’s fastest-growing confectionery brands, and we’re looking for a sharp Operations & Dispatch Manager (FMCG/Confectionery background preferred) to join our team. Responsibilities Operations planning: align production with sales forecasts and distributor demand. Dispatch management: ensure smooth logistics, timely deliveries, and coordination with distributors pan-India. Inventory control: manage stock flow (FIFO/LIFO), reduce wastage, keep everything audit-ready. Process improvement: streamline packaging, reduce bottlenecks, and bring efficiency to everyday operations. Team coordination: work closely with production, sales, procurement, and quality teams.
