We are seeking a High-Frequency Trader (HFT) to join our team at Cyber Towers, Hitec City, Hyderabad, Telangana, for in-person night shifts aligned with US EST business hours. As a High-Frequency Trader at Shah Equity, a leading Private Equity and Hedge Fund firm, you will engage in executing rapid trades across various financial instruments. Leveraging our proprietary trading systems and collaborating with quants and portfolio managers, you will optimize trading strategies, achieve key performance indicators, and drive profitability. Your responsibilities will include actively executing high-volume trades with precision, implementing trading strategies using in-house algorithms, monitoring markets for patterns and opportunities, managing risks effectively, tracking daily performance metrics, and collaborating to enhance existing strategies. It is essential to maintain trading systems, adhere to compliance protocols, and possess a track record of 20% monthly P&L percentage. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in High-Frequency Trading or a similar role, a strong understanding of U.S. stock markets and scalping strategies, proficiency in Python and algorithmic trading, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, strong analytical and quantitative skills, and a bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field. Excellent communication, teamwork skills, and a commitment to working night shifts are crucial. This is a full-time permanent position with performance and quarterly bonuses offered.
