SCADA & Automation - Engineer

As a SCADA & Automation Engineer at our company, your primary responsibility will be to enhance monitoring and control of our solar PV assets through the integration, configuration, and maintenance of supervisory control systems. This will enable real-time performance tracking and remote management of solar plants. Key Responsibilities: - Install, configure, and troubleshoot SCADA hardware and software. - Develop dashboards for real-time monitoring of plant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). - Implement automated alerts for performance deviations. - Coordinate with Operations & Maintenance (O&M) teams to analyze performance data and improve uptime. - Maintain cybersecurity protocols and backup systems for critical infrastructure. - Document configurations, network diagrams, and system changes. Required Qualifications: - Bachelors in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering. - 2-4 years of experience in SCADA, preferably in renewable energy. - Familiarity with PLC programming, communication protocols (Modbus, DNP3).
