Role Overview: As an Enterprise Architect Manager in the Technology Strategy & Advisory team, you will play a crucial role in executing clients" technology strategies and driving business transformation. Your responsibilities will revolve around defining and implementing enterprise architecture roadmaps, translating high-level business requirements into actionable designs, and ensuring alignment across various technology initiatives. Your role will demand a combination of hands-on architectural expertise, effective project management capabilities, and seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: - Support the analysis of business and operating models, market trends, and technology disruptions to inform enterprise strategy and architecture. - Formulate comprehensive enterprise architecture strategies and roadmaps aligned with clients" business goals, emphasizing revenue growth, cost optimization, risk mitigation, and sustainability. - Guide clients on their technology landscape, encompassing business capabilities, applications, data, and infrastructure. - Facilitate alignment between business and IT stakeholders, ensuring consensus on architectural direction and priorities. - Engage with product managers, product owners, and delivery teams to offer architectural guidance and ensure solutions adhere to enterprise architecture. - Effectively communicate architectural concepts and designs to technical and non-technical audiences, elucidating the value and implications of design decisions. - Drive the design of future-state enterprise architectures, addressing critical gaps and opportunities in the current IT environment. - Establish and implement enterprise architecture governance frameworks, standards, and principles for consistency and alignment across programs and projects. - Lead the evolution of the EA team's services and operating model to enhance client value delivery in an agile and collaborative manner. - Manage EA projects throughout their lifecycle, including scope, budget, and timeline management. - Mentor junior EA team members to foster their professional growth and expertise. - Contribute to enhancing the firm's EA methodologies, tools, and best practices continuously. Qualifications Required: - Solid understanding of enterprise architecture principles and frameworks like TOGAF and Zachman. - Proficiency in various architectural domains such as application, data, and infrastructure architecture. - Knowledge of contemporary technology concepts like cloud computing, microservices, APIs, and data analytics. - Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities.
