Job Description

The role of an Enterprise Architect at Accenture involves driving strategic initiatives, managing business transformations, and leveraging industry expertise to create value-driven solutions. As an Enterprise Architect, you will develop and execute technology transformation strategies, oversee implementation projects, and optimize digital capabilities for business efficiency. The Technology Strategy & Advisory Practice at Accenture Strategy focuses on the clients" most strategic priorities, helping them achieve growth and efficiency through innovative R&D transformation and redefining business models using agile methodologies. You will have the opportunity to work with key global clients, advising on end-to-end transformative strategic value and business growth. Your responsibilities will include facilitating alignment between business and IT, engaging stakeholders, adapting to changing business and operating models, analyzing trends and disruptions, and supporting various operating models such as project-centric and product-centric. You will also communicate the value of enterprise architecture, drive the evolution of EA teams" services and operating model, and coach and mentor other architects and stakeholders to instill architectural thinking. As an Enterprise Architect, you will demonstrate competencies across four key dimensions: supporting the formulation of strategy and guiding execution, connecting strategy to execution, building and maintaining relationships, orchestrating the delivery of business outcomes, and supporting solution design and delivery. You will need strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Additionally, you should have knowledge of business ecosystems, various IT technologies, enterprise architecture tools, and frameworks. Industry experience in the automotive sector, understanding of emerging technologies like smart manufacturing and electric vehicle technologies, and practical experience with digital transformation initiatives in the automotive industry are desirable.
