Job Description

You will be a Manager as part of the Digital Engineering and Manufacturing Services team, where you will play a crucial role in helping global manufacturers unleash their marketplace superpowers by leveraging consumer intelligence, automation, and reimagined operating models. Your primary focus will be on Engineering and R&D Digitization, Industry X, and Capability Network practices in areas such as Lifesciences, Consumer Goods & Services (CG&S), Automotive, Industrial Equipment, Med-Tech, Aerospace & Defence, and Hi-Tech. Your responsibilities will involve leading Project Delivery by driving innovation and process enablement for clients through Engineering and R&D Transformation Programs. You will develop assets and offerings in PLM Enablement, Integrated BOM, Product & Engineering Master Data Management, Digital Twin, and Thread areas. Additionally, you will work closely with Managers/Senior Managers to create business processes for Package/Product design, Part Management, Bill of Material Management, Engineering Change Management, Document Management, and more. As part of Practice Development, you will reimagine and transform client business and operations by developing cutting-edge assets, tools, methodologies, PoVs, research, white papers, and supporting the development of Go-to-market offerings. Your experience will be instrumental in this role, requiring an MBA from a Tier-1/Tier-2 business school, BE/B.Tech from a premier institute, and a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in Dassault Systemes products with good analytical skills. You should have at least two end-to-end implementation experiences on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform ENOVIA, CATIA, DELMIA, & BIOVIA, with expertise in PLM, Process Excellence, Functional Solutioning, Solution designing, Data Governance, Digital Transformations, and shaping end-to-end Engineering Transformations. Additional experience in PLM packages such as Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, ARAS, and SAP PLM is preferred. Certifications in 3DEXPERIENCE Platform Essentials, ENOVIA/CATIA/DELMIA/BIOVIA brand Essentials & respective modules will be advantageous, along with knowledge of advanced PLM technologies, PLM Modules & Capabilities across multiple industries, best practices in PLM Industry, and emerging technologies in PLM Enablement, BOM, Data Management, and Digital Twin/Thread areas. You should also possess strong project management skills and leadership qualities to collaborate in a multi-stakeholder environment and nurture team members effectively.,
