Role & responsibilities Developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth, revenue, and profitability. Leading and managing a team of employees across various functions such as sales, marketing, product development, and operations. Defining and managing budgets, resources, and performance metrics for the SBU. Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations. Building and maintaining relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and partners. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, market analysis, and competitor activity to inform business decisions. Collaborating with other SBUs and corporate functions to align strategies and leverage resources. Driving innovation, process improvements, and change management initiatives within the SBU. Monitoring and reporting performance to senior leadership and stakeholders. Ensuring compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards Preferred candidate profile Engineer with MBA 12 - 15 years of sales experience Experience in Industrial safety/fire/disaster industry preferred Good relations with decision makers across industry spectrum and track record of sales growth Good personality & confidence, professional approach, effective communication and presentation skills Ability to analyse data and transforming it into actionable sales strategies & approaches.
