Responsibilities - Reception & Visitor Management Greet parents, students, and visitors politely and professionally. Maintain a visitor log and issue visitor passes as per school security norms. Guide visitors to the concerned departments/persons. Communication & Correspondence - Handle phone calls, emails, and written correspondence efficiently. Convey messages accurately to staff, parents, and management. Draft circulars, notices, and routine communication as directed by the Principal. Admission & Student Support - Provide information regarding admission procedures, CBSE guidelines, and required documents. Assist parents in filling admission/enquiry forms. Maintain student records and update databases as required. Administrative Assistance - Support daily office tasks like filing, record-keeping, and data entry. Assist in maintaining attendance records of staff and students. Coordinate with accounts section for fee-related queries. Coordination & Event Support - Coordinate between departments for smooth execution of school events. Provide front office support during parent-teacher meetings, CBSE inspections, and training sessions. Compliance & Documentation - Ensure proper handling of confidential documents. Maintain registers as per CBSE norms (visitors, staff attendance, communication records).
