Very bad experience for OPD in ophthalmology. Got appointment for two seniors. While on the way in cab, got intimation in mid way to the hospital that are appointment has been canceled due to non availability of Dr Rinky at the last moment. Suffered physical, mental and financial harassment.

Poor time management. You will be asked to take appointments and the Doctor will never be available on time... so if you have any emergency don't reach out to them... because your efforts to reach on time after taking appointment will be wasted.
