Program Management Intern – MINDS (1 Opening) Requirements: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Comfortable managing CRM workflows, customer queries, and operational processes Responsibilities: Manage onboarding and engagement of startups within the MINDS program Serve as the point of contact for customer (founder) engagement and issue resolution Support program logistics, internal coordination, and partner communication Track milestones, feedback, and relationship health 3. Content Creation & Social Media Management Intern (1 Opening) Requirements: Prior experience or strong interest in content writing, digital communication, or social media marketing Familiarity with startup ecosystem narratives and ability to write for business audiences Responsibilities: Create content across formats (posts, stories, founder profiles, landing pages) Manage Sarthy’s presence on platforms like LinkedIn Craft narratives around programs, success stories, and investment theses Coordinate with internal teams for brand-aligned communication 4.
