Our major product portfolio includes LPG heat exchangers (Vaporizers), Safety valves, relief valves, Gas adaptors and Burners. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Mathura for an Assistant Plant Manager. The Assistant Plant Manager will oversee Product (end-to-end), product quality, development, support production planning, and contribute to the management of plant processes to ensure efficiency and safety. Qualifications Proficiency in Plant, Product and Operations Management to ensure the smooth running of plant functions and adherence to company standards and Quality policies. Experience in Production Planning and Manufacturing Operations to drive efficiency and meet production objectives. Knowledge about heat exchangers, electrical panels and design is a plus. Oversee manufacturing of shell & tube / coil type heat exchangers and LPG vaporizers . Control and optimize fabrication processes including tube coiling, shell and structural fabrication . Review manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and inspection plans. Lead internal quality audits, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions. Maintain high workmanship standards in welding, machining, fabrication, and assembly. Leadership skills to effectively manage teams and improve performance within the plant environment. Lead and supervise engineers, supervisors, technicians, and shop-floor staff. Allocate manpower effectively and monitor performance. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or a related field is required. Preferred skills Experience in Heat exchangers, Boilers, Pressure equipment and machinery management. Experience in people management and day-to-day industrial operations management. Experience in MS excel. Autocad and Solidworks is a plus. Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 5S, and TPM practices is a plus.
