SAP TM Functional-Senior

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Functional Consultant with 5 to 10 years of experience in SAP and 3 to 8 years of experience in implementation, support, and upgrade projects in SAP TM. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP TM module deliverables on SAP Distribution engagements. ### Roles and Responsibility Lead design workshops with clients and gather requirements to ensure successful project delivery. Provide functional and business process expertise to the project team, resolving client issues and mentoring junior team members. Handle complex transportation management scenarios, including shipper, LSP, and carrier integrations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize work and drive system solutions by articulating business needs. Configure the system, prepare functional specifications, test development objects, track defects, and fix them. Integrate SAP TM systems with other SAP modules like OTC, EWM, and MM.### Job Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP and 3+ years in implementation, integration, testing, and application support in S4HANA embedded TM and SAP TM 9.5 version. Good functional and business knowledge, with experience in implementation, integration, testing, and application support in S4HANA embedded TM and SAP TM 9.5 version. Ability to interact with other cross-functional teams from modules like OTC, EWM for integration scenarios. Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills for coordinating across teams. Strong knowledge of BRF plus, PPF, BOPF, and ABAP debugging is an added advantage. A degree in Engineering or MBA in Supply Chain Area is required. Desired to have SAP certification on SAP TM. Experience working in the integration area of SAP TM and other areas.
