SAP TM Functional-Senior

We are looking for a skilled Senior Functional Consultant with 5 to 10 years of experience in SAP and 3 plus years of experience in implementation, support, and upgrade projects in SAP TM. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP TM and excellent functional and business knowledge. ### Roles and Responsibility Lead design workshops with clients and gather requirements to deliver high-quality solutions. Provide functional and business process expertise to the project team and resolve client issues. Handle complex transportation management scenarios like shipper, LSP, and carriers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams from modules like OTC, EWM, and other areas. Configure systems, prepare functional specifications, test development objects, track defects, and fix them. Integrate SAP TM system with other SAP/S4 HANA modules and third-party systems. Work with sales teams to write proposals, define SAP TM scope, and estimate effort for new opportunities. Possess knowledge and experience in implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support. Demonstrate the ability to work with teams to prioritize tasks and drive system solutions by clearly articulating business needs. Have access to all technical and management training courses to become an expert. ### Job Requirements A degree in Engineering or MBA in Supply Chain Area is required. Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP and 3 plus years of experience in SAP TM. Good functional and business knowledge, with experience in implementation, integration, testing, and application support in S4HANA embedded TM and SAP TM 9.5 version. Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills are needed for coordinating across teams. Strong knowledge of BRF plus, PPF, BOPF, and ABAP debugging is preferred. Experience working in the integration area of SAP TM and other areas is desirable. Desired to have SAP certification on SAP TM. Knowledge of SAP Distribution engagements, including implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of existing applications. Ability to interact with other cross-functional teams from modules like OTC, EWM for integration scenarios. Should be able to lead workshop or technical sessions with business. Must be able to mentor junior consultants in the team.
