SAP Time & Attendance (WFS)

As a Senior Consultant for SAP Time & Attendance Management by WFS at Wipro Limited, your role is to deliver discrete projects with minimal supervision, demonstrating a clear understanding of clients" business issues and tailoring consulting solutions to generate maximum value. Your responsibilities include: - Being an ambassador for Wipro's tenets and values, securing great feedback from multiple clients - Coordinating teams of consultants as a Consulting Project Manager, assuring quality of deliverables - Coordinating resources with expertise in various areas and ensuring project administration is up to date - Engaging with clients effectively, extracting information, and developing facilitation and communication skills - Ensuring high levels of individual utilization achievement and building relationships with clients and client peers - Leading smaller scale meetings with sales teams, leading proposal development, and anchoring market research activities - Developing insight into industry and technology trends, contributing to team thought leadership, and sharing insights with the wider practice - Continually delivering all Wipro admin in a timely manner and contributing to internal initiatives - Proposing new service offerings/capabilities, providing training and demos to existing staff, and actively sharing knowledge within the team In this role, you will be measured based on parameters such as growth in consulting revenues, improvement in consulting quality, and generation of impact for Wipro through front-end consulting engagements. You will also be expected to lead the development of thought leadership and offerings for the practice, support the growth of consulting talent, and contribute to the consulting community.
