SAP SF EC Time Off Consultant

You will be joining our enterprise HCM transformation team as an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off Consultant. Your primary responsibility will be to configure and support the SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Off module, ensuring compliance with leave policies, global regulations, and efficient business rule automation. Your key duties will include designing, configuring, and implementing the SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Off module based on business requirements and industry best practices. You will collaborate with business analysts and client stakeholders to gather and analyze time off and leave management needs. Additionally, you will configure processes such as Leave of Absence (LOA), Time Types, Holiday Calendars, and Work Schedules in EC, along with managing data integrity and migration related to Time Off objects. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in supporting client testing, troubleshooting issues, and providing post-go-live support and enhancements. Your expertise in utilizing SuccessFactors Integration Center for data integrations and reporting will be essential. You will also engage in multi-country deployments to ensure legal compliance and localization of time off policies. Your role will require you to provide technical documentation, configuration guides, and user training material. As a trusted advisor, effective stakeholder communication and change management will be part of your responsibilities. To be successful in this role, you should have proven hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) with a focus on the Time Off module. Proficiency in LOA policies, absence management, accrual rules, and time valuation is essential. Experience in configuring Holiday Calendars, Work Schedules, Business Rules Framework, MDF Object configuration, Workflow design, Role-Based Permissions, and Picklist Management is required. An understanding of multi-country rollouts and local statutory requirements is crucial. Qualifications for this position include SAP SuccessFactors EC Certification, experience in Agile/Scrum environments, and prior involvement in global SAP SF implementations across various industries and time zones.
