Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities : Extensive SAP SD Experience : At least 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD, including full-cycle S/4 HANA implementation and ongoing support for complex business processes. Order-to-Cash (O2C) Expertise : Strong understanding and experience in Order-to-Cash processes , including pricing, billing, and delivery processing, ensuring smooth end-to-end order management. Solution Design & Customization : Collaborate with business teams to understand business requirements, and translate them into optimized SAP solutions . Design and configure SAP SD elements tailored to the specific needs of the organization. RICEFW Design : Provide detailed designs for RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms) objects, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical feasibility. EDI and iDoc Processing : Experience in the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) environment, including iDoc processing, ensuring smooth data transfer between systems and external partners. SD/MM/FICO Integration : Strong knowledge and practical experience in integrating SAP SD with MM , FICO , and PE modules to ensure seamless data flow and process efficiency across business functions. SAP Configuration & Project Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of SAP Standard configuration , with a deep understanding of SAP project methodologies and best practices for successful project delivery. Ticket Management & SLAs : Monitor and manage the support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to maintain business continuity. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams : Work closely with functional and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during the project lifecycle and post-go-live support. Required Skills : Strong expertise in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) with significant experience in S/4 HANA . In-depth understanding of O2C processes, including pricing, billing, and delivery . Proven experience with RICEFW elements and iDoc processing in an EDI environment . Expertise in SAP configuration and integration of SD with MM, FICO , and PE modules. Solid communication and stakeholder management skills to translate business requirements into SAP solutions. Experience in managing tickets and SLAs to meet support deliverables. Qualifications : At least 8 years of experience in SAP SD with an emphasis on S/4 HANA . Relevant certifications in SAP SD or related modules preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-centric approach.
