Job Description

Role Overview: As a member of our team at Capgemini, you will lead the design and development of interactive dashboards, reports, and planning models using SAP Analytics Cloud. Your role will involve building and maintaining data models to support enterprise-wide reporting and forecasting needs. Additionally, you will implement advanced SAC Planning features, collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, and ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and security compliance across SAC environments. You will also be responsible for integrating SAC with SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, HANA Cloud, and other non-SAP systems while mentoring junior developers and supporting user training. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of interactive dashboards, reports, and planning models using SAP Analytics Cloud. - Build and maintain data models (Live and Import connections) to support enterprise-wide reporting and forecasting needs. - Implement advanced SAC Planning features including data actions, multi-actions, allocations, and predictive scenarios. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into scalable SAC solutions, and drive end-to-end delivery. - Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and security compliance across SAC environments. - Integrate SAC with SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, HANA Cloud, and other non-SAP systems, while mentoring junior developers and supporting user training. Qualifications Required: - Experience in leading the design and development of interactive dashboards and reports using SAP Analytics Cloud. - Proficiency in building and maintaining data models for enterprise-wide reporting and forecasting needs. - Strong understanding of advanced SAC Planning features such as data actions, multi-actions, allocations, and predictive scenarios. - Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, translate requirements into scalable solutions, and ensure data accuracy and security compliance. - Experience in integrating SAC with SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, HANA Cloud, and other systems. - Excellent mentoring and user training skills.
