Job Overview : We are looking for a seasoned SAP MRS (Multi Resource Scheduling) Consultant with extensive experience in configuring and implementing SAP MRS solutions. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) and SAP HR integration and be capable of delivering innovative resource planning and scheduling solutions. Key Responsibilities : Configuration & Implementation : - Perform basic and advanced configuration of SAP MRS, including integration scenarios such as resource classes, qualification settings, and team settings. - Configure web-based resource management tools, planning boards (GUI and web-based), and scheduler workplaces. - Manage the integration of SAP MRS with Plant Maintenance (PM), Customer Service (CS), and CRM modules. Resource Planning & Scheduling : - Set up and maintain master data, including human resource availability, qualifications, and organizational structures. - Implement tools for managing materials and equipment assignments. - Configure and optimize resource planning features such as time planning, travel time, split time, automatic multiday scheduling, capacity planning, and appointment booking. Support & Coordination : - Provide active professional support in client acquisition, proposal preparation, and presentations. - Coordinate with clients to deliver high-quality, tailored solutions. - Collaborate with internal teams to manage knowledge sharing and participate in the development of competence centers. Analysis & Problem Solving : - Perform demand and capacity analysis, ensuring optimal resource utilization. - Troubleshoot integration issues between SAP MRS and backend systems. - Provide innovative solutions to address client-specific challenges in resource scheduling and planning. Qualifications : Experience : - Minimum 1 full-cycle SAP MRS implementation project experience. - In-depth knowledge of SAP PM and SAP HR integration with SAP MRS. - Proven track record of configuring MRS functionalities, including resource management, planning boards, and capacity planning. Skills : - Expertise in configuring MRS features such as scheduling, resource allocation, and availability checks. - Strong understanding of backend integration with SAP PM, CS, and CRM. - Familiarity with master data management, including organizational structure, qualifications, and tools management. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Soft Skills : - Strong communication, presentation, and coordination abilities. - High customer orientation and enthusiasm for delivering innovative solutions. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
