SAP MDG Techno-Functional Consultant

As an experienced SAP MDM Consultant, you will be responsible for leading SAP MDM/MDG projects in Bangalore, focusing on Master Data Management with a blend of technical and functional expertise. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure effective implementation and governance of master data within the enterprise. Your key responsibilities will include leading requirement-gathering workshops, performing gap analysis, designing master data models, and governance processes aligned with business requirements. You will be involved in full lifecycle MDM implementations, providing technical and functional support for existing environments, and ensuring adherence to best practices and project standards. Managing data integration using ALE/IDoc and Web Services, you will ensure synchronization and consistency of master data across systems. Developing and maintaining documentation, functional specifications, and training materials will also be part of your role, along with delivering end-user training and support during testing cycles and post-go-live phases. Your mandatory skills should include hands-on experience with SAP MDM/MDG implementation, proficiency in ABAP, expertise in master data processes, ABAP on S/4HANA, and knowledge of Object-Oriented ABAP and ABAP 7.4. Nice-to-have skills may involve SAP MDG experience, familiarity with data migration tools, and exposure to data quality tools and KPI tracking.
