Role Overview:

SAP MDG Technical Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop
SAP MDG technical solutions
for master data domains (Customer, Vendor, Material, etc.).
Configure and customize
MDG data models
,
UI modeling
, and
workflow
.
Develop enhancements using
ABAP
,
BRF+
, and
FPM
.
Integrate MDG with SAP ECC/S4HANA and external systems using
IDocs
,
RFCs
, and
Web Services
.
Perform
data replication
and ensure consistency across systems.
Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
Prepare technical documentation and provide support during deployment and post-go-live.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience:
3–6 years of experience in SAP MDG technical development.
Technical Skills:

SAP MDG (Data Modeling, UI Modeling, Workflow)
ABAP development (Enhancements, BADIs)
BRF+, FPM, Web Dynpro
Integration using IDocs, RFCs, Web Services

Nice-to-Have:

Knowledge of
SAP S/4HANA
,
MDG Consolidation & Mass Processing
Exposure to
Data Migration
and
Data Quality Management

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
