SAP Marketing Emarsys Cloud Consultant

The primary role as part of the Infosys consulting team involves actively assisting in various project phases, such as problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment. You will be responsible for exploring alternative solutions based on thorough research, including literature surveys, public domain information, vendor evaluations, etc., and developing proof of concepts. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating requirement specifications based on business needs, defining processes, and detailed functional designs, and configuring solution requirements on products while diagnosing any issues that arise and identifying solution alternatives. Contribution to unit-level and organizational initiatives to deliver high-quality, value-adding solutions to customers is also expected. In terms of technical requirements, a minimum of 2 years of experience with at least 1 SAP Marketing or Emarsys implementation project experience is necessary. This role involves planning and executing implementation, integration, and support activities related to SAP Marketing and Emarsys Cloud. You will be responsible for creating and conducting presentations, workshops, and demos on system functionality, customizations in SAP Marketing and Emarsys Cloud, integration tasks with other SAP, SAP Cloud, and Non-SAP applications, and working with APIs. Segmentation, campaign management, content management, data upload, marketing resource management, marketing lead management, and in-depth marketing analytics are all part of the responsibilities. Working with OData standard APIs, enhancements, and building custom OData services, as well as extensibility and adaptation in SAP Marketing and Emarsys Cloud, are also key aspects of the role. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with clients to identify business challenges, refining, analyzing, and structuring relevant data for client deliverables, staying updated on the latest technologies and trends, logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively. Furthermore, assessing current processes, identifying improvement areas, suggesting technology solutions, and possessing one or two industry domain knowledge are also part of the role. Preferred skills include expertise in SAP Functional, specifically SAP C4HANA, and SAP Marketing Cloud.,
