SAP ISU FICA Consultant

As an integral part of the consulting team, you will actively contribute to various project phases such as problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment. Your role will also involve participating in unit-level and organizational initiatives while ensuring adherence to organizational guidelines and processes. Key Responsibilities: - Aid the consulting team in different project phases, from problem definition to deployment - Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives - Ensure adherence to organizational guidelines and processes Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in application maintenance and implementation projects, with a focus on ISU CRM Projects - Experience in Electricity, Gas, and Water Utilities industries across UK, North America, and Europe - Proficiency in CRM ISU Integration, end-to-end implementation, and support projects - Client-facing experience and expertise in Org Structure GL setup Integration - Knowledge in Cash journal Clearing Control Account Assignment and Dunning Process - Ability to analyze issues in Billing Invoicing process and experience in Invoice Layout Bill Print - Familiarity with Integration with Billing FICO Additional Details: Infosys Ltd is dedicated to providing you with the best experience throughout your journey with the company.
