SAP ISU FICA Consultant

As a member of the consulting team, you will actively contribute to various project phases such as problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment. Your role will involve participating in unit-level and organizational initiatives while ensuring adherence to organizational guidelines and processes. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in application maintenance and implementation projects, particularly in ISU CRM Projects, you will have the opportunity to work with Electricity, Gas, and Water Utilities industries across the UK, North America, and Europe regions. Your expertise in CRM ISU Integration, end-to-end implementation and support projects, client-facing interactions, and setup of Org Structure and GL integration will be crucial. Additionally, you should possess a strong understanding of processes such as Dunning, Collection, Installment Plans, Cash journal, Clearing, Control Account Assignment, and Main Sub-transaction setup. Your responsibilities will also include analyzing issues in the Billing and Invoicing process, experience in Invoice Layout and Bill Print, as well as integration with Billing FICO. You will be expected to contribute to the setup of Main and Sub transactions along with addressing any challenges in the billing and invoicing domain. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to work with SAP Industry Solutions, specifically SAP Utilities (SAP ISU) and SAP IS-Utilities FICA (SAP ISU FICA).
