We are seeking an experienced SAP IS-Retail Consultant to join our SAP team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of SAP IS-Retail solutions and will be responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP Retail processes. Key Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements related to the retail industry and translate them into SAP IS-Retail solutions. Configure SAP IS-Retail modules such as Master Data, Pricing, Purchasing, and Inventory Management. Participate in full lifecycle SAP implementations and rollouts, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and support. Work with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP Retail with SAP SD, MM, F&R, CAR, and POS systems. Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for SAP IS-Retail processes. Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and work with ABAP developers to implement them. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field. 4+ years of hands-on experience with SAP IS-Retail, including implementation or support. Strong knowledge of Retail Master Data, Pricing, Assortments, Merchandise Distribution, and Purchasing. Experience in integrating SAP Retail with downstream and upstream systems. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within timelines.

Role: SAP IS Retail Location: Pan India Experience: 4 to 12 Years Job Description: As an SAP SD consultant with S4 HANA expertise, you will design, configure, and deploy SD functionality to deliver successful solutions for clients. You will work on SAP SD implementation and support projects, with a good knowledge of SAP IS Retail. Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership: Drive the implementation of IT solutions in line with requirements and standards. • Contribute to continuous improvement within the IT team. • Develop SAP SD related functionalities and integration interfaces with different legacy systems. • Perform data migration from legacy systems to S4 HANA. • Ensure designs follow specifications. • Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review. • Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Core Competencies, Knowledge, and Experience: SAP SD: • Proven SAP SD implementation experience • Expertise in end-to-end OTC cycle. • Experience in designing and developing special procurement scenarios as per business needs. • Should have experience in design and development of pricing procedures as per business needs. • Knowledge of equipment handling with serialization procedures. SAP SD (S4 HANA): • Preferable knowledge of implementation/transformation to S4 HANA. • SAP IS Retail: • Good working knowledge of IS Retail functionalities like Article Master, Assortments, Stock allocation, Site master, POS transactions, Retail Pricing, etc., with at least 3 years of experience. • Integration: • Exposure to designing complex interfaces with various legacy systems. • Expertise in EDI/IDOC handling. • Exposure to sales order integration with SAP e-commerce portals and other order management systems. Additional Knowledge and Skills: • High-level SAP SD experience is a must. • Awareness of SD role concepts - SAP roles and Portal roles. • Basic knowledge of SRM MDM, PI, NW Portal, etc. • Excellent knowledge of business processes like Procure to Pay, Inventory Management, and Warehouse Management. • Skills in order capture SD-MM, and SD-FI integration. Required Qualifications and Skills: • Education level equivalent to a masters degree in business administration or Economics. • At least 4 to 10 years of SAP SD support and maintenance experience. • Preferred: SAP certification • Ability to manage estimates, tasks, escalations, risks/issues • Experience with system integration (Application, Data, Test, Infrastructure, Security, Deployment, Operations) • Proven ability to implement large scale, complex system solutions for multi-functional, multi-national organizations • Extensive experience in delivering projects in an international environment • SAP and S4HANA experience
